Just keep them in their box - this way - they're less likely to be injured or broken...

It took me a while to actually get this...

I'd post an appropriate reaction gif to this, but I'm too lazy to find it.

Exactly. The duster gets into nooks and crannies quite nicely, though one must be careful not to snag it on delicate and breakable locks of hair, ribbons, and bikini ties.

Some pressurized air and a soft cloth works too.

If you like pillow pets, then yeah. If you have a passion for fashion, then buying clothes can even be considered an otaku purchase.

I picked up some stuff yesterday.

I use a fine paint brush (never used for painting, obviously) and the air duster stuff I use for my computer.

I just received GSC Homura in the mail (fuck European customs laws), but I can't remove her left arm. I've gone from being subtle to actually putting some real force into it, but it's completely stuck. It doesn't help that she's got the shouder cover getting in the way. Has anyone got any tips?

[Edit] It looks like plenty of others have had trouble with the left arm too. One person said he loosened the socket a lot by taking the arm out. That's pretty worrisome.

  12. Late, but they finally arrived.

Hyperdimension Neptune Highschool was actually a light novel and not a manga, which is awesome because I use those to improve my informal sentence construction.

There are also a couple of nice color insert illustrations by Tsunako and Urimo, one is the full version of the cover, while the other is a nice (though conveniently censored) hot spring scene of the CPU Goddesses + If and Compa.

The A Channel book is good too, it even had blueprints of the school and other locations aside from the character art.

After more than an hour of trying to remove Homura's left arm, I finally did it. I used a hairdryer to heat up her arm and shoulder.

  14. I hadn't checked mine, but it's good to know there's an issue with her arm. Usually when I come across situations like these, I give it a gentle jiggle as I try to pull off to loosen it.

If only a gentle jiggle had worked... I used increasingly much force up until I didn't dare go any further in fear of breaking her arm. My fingers hurt.

For the animus, I usually go with rightstuf, amazon has decent prices sometimes
For teh nihongo mangos, I go to local japanese bookstores
for ze figwars, amiami, hobbysearch, or hlj. amiami is preferred nowadays.

Looks like I'm gonna be buying the 1/4 Satellizer el Bridget off my friend for $120. Not a bad price.

Hmm....Lucy, do you still have that Azunyan?

Oh, and some peeps like the free print deals at walgreens so I post here.

    Whatever you want.

Enlarged is a weird way to say it. It's just free 8x10 prints. Upload your image, use coupon code, go to walgreens to pick up your free print, voila.
