Not at home right now, but my manga collection looks quite similar, with some figures standing there as well.
I could post pictures of stacks of DVDd/CDs and a bunch of external HDDs, but that won't be very entertaining...

Speaking of external HDD's, what is the absolute cheapest way to go about getting them? Is it cheaper to buy retail or buy the case and hdd seperatly? I built my current one with a hdd i had laying around but havn't bought a complete one yet.

I have around 400 gigs of anime. I'd list em but I'm lazy, and the case is getting to heavy to lift.

Single devices differ not much if at all.Complete - no work to do. Separate - get the exact HDD you want. Which do you prefer?

Ever since the cost of one terabyte went down to 100 bucks, those of us with squirrel tendencies became damned to hoard media like acorns.
How do you work your database? I just use my (terrible) memory to recall which drive has which show, and reference a bulk list to know what's already been collected.

Basically i wanted to find a 400+ hdd make it myself. But I'm so fucking broke i really can't blow 100 bucks on hard drives right now. I've tried lowering my standards and went for used hdds that i could just format and go about my business, but even they are overpriced.
