      I hope I didn't come off as - "too terse" - as that was not intention gentlemen...

      Be reassured, that we are very conscientious and always strive to handle things as quickly as humanly possible.

      At times, it will take a few moments to several minutes, depending on the issue.

      We will place updates, when needed, as well as include recommendatory, that may assist in the meantime.

      However, please also note that we do appreciate the understanding that (you) the members have in being proactive on such matters, as well as more than likely, used-to such quirks of the site.

      We also know that some issues are not cause purposely.

      Wow.. what is up with all the timeouts? I even tried IE 9 which I never use so it's not cached and I just keep timing out with page errors in the Sankaku Channel.

      BTW I never got a reply to why I can not signup on Sankaku Complex? I still getting error when I try.

      I mentioned to Dombossu last night that it looked like there might be a problem with his account, and he replied that there had always been problems, and that he was not concerned about having them fixed. Maybe this will change his mind.

      If it can't be fixed, then he should get a new account if he wants to friend people and/or send PMs. That was the primary reason I did so about a year ago.
