I don't know, you tell us?
I have the same problem, despite having the "Remember Me" or whatever checkbox ticked.
Maybe the cookies have an expiry? I never bothered to look.

Firstly concerning the jacket spammer...
That particular Spammer has been dealt with appropriately since it first appeared - however - I have also noted recent activity of since 6 hours ago.
I am already aware of this and have reported it to HIGHER, not much else I can do, except wait for the appropriate action to be placed.
The same with your current situations as well...
In the meantime, try the usual (fixes):
1. Clear your cache
2. Clear your Histories
3. Clear your cookiesAt times (even I) run into problems after several days, if I don't do the above on a regularly basis, and that usually assists in the issues.
Spam folder:
In cased anyone asks:
At times, oversized pictures, or too many posted at one time will cause you be - "caught" - so be aware of that issue.
This is why I recommend that at least 4 - 5 limit be posted when you post them and not too large.
If your going to post a whole manga, just post it in the channels and not in the pFap Thread, I think a few (teaser) pics are self-sufficient to show what your pfapping to.
As I mentioned, the (new) problems which are surfacing are being reported to HIGHER, so patience is needed when these are reported to obtain the proper fixes and resolutions.

Is the image channel at chan.sankakucomplex.com down? I've been unable to access it for several days now.
I have tried logging in and out and clearing my cache and cookies to no avail.

Both channels have been - up and running - without any negative effects...
I looked into it, since you first posted, to see if I encountered any issues or experienced any difficulties as you have.
Everything is normal...
I shall run your issue up to HIGHER for an added closer look to what could be causing the effects your experiencing.

I have tried to connect on another computer on my network with no success. I unplugged from my router and connected via ethernet directly and nothing still. I've checked firewalls for any site blocking and everything is fine there. I've also tried different web browsers and still nothing.
I can access everything else on Sankaku just fine but when I try to get to the chan section the website times out on me every time.

This occurs from time to time, just wait abit and it shall/should resolve itself.
Have you tried the recommendations mentioned (before)? - concerning clearing cache, history, and cookies? - this recommendatory is not only for the forums - rather - it helps over all...
If the issue (still) continues, please let us know, so we can be aware of the possible bug..

I have created a NEW YDT, to see if this will alleviate any SPAM folder issues...

What happens is, when I check the SPAM folder, (usually) nothing is there, then instantly, it (SPAM) appears directly afterwards, when checking a few minutes later (along) with several others which ='s a stack.
These are the most annoying of SPAM…
I have reported this to higher, so I am still awaiting a response or solution to this particular issue.

Its (also) been mentioned that...
one reason the spam filter starts blocking posts is when you post links to other websites.
The way I found to get around this is by - posting the post without the link and the edit the link into the post.This is a possibility, so if issues continue, REPORT THEM! - don't wait.

I've tried clearing everything, including cookies, it still doesn't show the link oddly enough.

I tried to change my avatar... but after i upload it, I have to crop it, and i don't want to :(
Even my original avatar have to get cropped and i will lose a part of it... so when I first uploaded, it i haven't got that problem...
And no... i can't select it full... only a square...

If your using W7.. try the following...1. Go to paint (yes, paint)
2. open/paste your Imagen there...
3. Go to (resize) , use percentage index, and make sure you checked (maintain aspect ratio)
4. All you need to do, is fill in the first (horizontal) block, it will auto-fill the second one under it, maintaining the proper ratio.
Start by going from 100%, 95%, 90%, 85%, 80%... and so on ... until you reach (the desired size) or to 50% and re-upload the image in Gravatar, you will eventually see the right one to use.
*NOTE:
If you use a different version of Paint; you will have to fill in (both) squares manually...
For some its a PITA, but, it works...
try it...

If i make the image 8x10 pixels the crop still only take a 8x8 image...
If i don't select the "Maintain aspect ratio" it works , as in stretching the image...^_______^
And paint don't like the transparent images (you put a santa hat on my avatar so you know about it)And Deth: GO TO SLEEP! Should be around 2 a.m. at your place right now...
