    Wasn't the point to find flaws and getting critiques? You learn your mistakes this way.

    Personally, I agree with everyone else above regarding of the breasts. But it's mostly the right breast that throw things off balance.

    ...Yeah I know... but...

    The shame... It's choking me... urgh...

    I like the coloring, but the nose looks almost nonexistent, giving her an alienish look.

  7. I like it except for the video camera for a head. That's a really overused feature.

    And speaking of things that are overused, here's an incredibly generic Japanese schoolgirl from my cartoon.

  8. Hehe, I know it. The original was a little different, but ended up very small in the final pic, so I needed easy to see features to make any of the detail noticable.

    I'd say korean though. That hairstyle is quite uncommon in Japan.

  13. the first one a finished just a couple of days ago, and it's littered with problems, whatever. What I'm more interested feedback on the sketch below. more specifically I want feedback on Ritsu's arm. I'm not sure if it's an anatomy fuck up or just an unnatural pose... or maybe it's just fine, and I'm crazy.

    ummm... well, it's a little unnatural, as the arm is kind of stubby. The elbow would look to come down right below her breasts. Generally it will come down closer to the hips (banana-armed people like me, they are right at the hips, but that looks weird for girls, so it should be a tad higher), or are just long enough to reach the top of the head (maybe just a little higher) if the elbow is pointed straight up, without lifting the shoulder. Her's seems to end below or at her forehead.

    To be somewhere close to that position, the upper arm would probably be bent back slightly, but not quite as severely elevated, and the forearm would be closer to, but not quite, parallel with the table.

    To be honest, I think you'll find it much easier to get proportions and poses right in one go if you'd just start drawing things a lot bigger. (Example: drawing I haven't worked on in three weeks luuolo (fuck drawing)
    )

    thanks I think you're right, plus looking at it the next day, I realize that her neck seems a bit off too. maybe i'll just have to bring up the collar a bit or something....
