It would be a matter of material used as well, if I use a more rubbery thicker material you could have floppy arms like this that would go over the pages, or the other option being a plectrum like plastic that would cover the arms as well...

I know I'm a bit late to the game and other people have already made these, but I've taken the approach of CAD + modern machining methods to try and replicate Hei's daggers.

I'm teaching an animation class for teens, so when there's a break, I've been drawing. It feels good to get back into it, though I should really start using reference again. :l

My summer holiday starts from today, finally.At my old school, there is a statue of an angel on the top of the building. The first time I saw it, I thought that's an angel who paints the sky.
It's silly, but I feel serene gaze at it at sunset.
(...I need to buy a better camera.)I've always wanted to draw it to describe the sensation, but always fail. Oh well.
