I'm not terribly satisfied with the clothes either. Maybe I'll draw it again from scratch. But I really want to implement the idea of miko mugi. Not too many drawings online. That must be fixed.

You should really work a little bit on miko clothes. Especially the hakama, because this way it looks a yukata, rather than miko clothes.

The clothing folds and the figure don't really match together. I think you are running before you are walking, folds-wise; drawing a full-blown loose outfit (afraid of calling it the wrong thing, so I'm being vague here xD) requires a TON of practice in drawing loose clothing altogether. Don't draw a complete outfit just yet; focus on the arms, then the upper torso, then the lower torso, etc. I'm not an expert at drawing clothing folds, so here is a useful reference I found :o

This links to many tutorials in drawing loose clothing folds. My personal favorite is the two-part tutorial from the famous artist course.
Drawing loose clothing well is VERY difficult and I'm interested in seeing you draw more of them.
