This is not a shop, actually.
It's been around for quite a while, and has been pretty much confirmed to be the actual page of that newspaper.
Apparently they just randomly grabbed a screenshot of an anime, any anime, to use in the advertisement. ^^

Haha great choice though... though they chould've grabbed any other anime that would be suitable for little children. Like Poke'mon or something.
