   Endless Eight sales figures actually seem to be doing pretty well.

   The latest volume that includes the beginning of the arc is currently #11 on the Amazon DVD / BD best seller charts.

    KyoAni fans are masochists, plain and simple.

    My very close friend watched through the Endless eight, told ME "It's nothing but rehashing." and kept watching it happily. Everyone secretly wants to be mauled by Haruhi/Kyon anyway - so it might as well be in Dom-gear, and a vicious whip.

    ...Because that's what the endless eight is.

    Except not as pleasant.

    So I'm the only one pissed off that KyoAni trolled that hard JUST for a LOL HOMEWORK end? I was actually a bit interested in more Moekuru, but so long, KyoAni, I'm getting my moemoe Gotouza-sama from SHAFT! They don't fuck around with the viewers!

    I think of it like this, based on the content of the 'Light Novels' they knew what they had to work with and someone got the bright idea that they could squeeze an extra season of revenue from fans showing the old stuff with 30% more content added. The basically only made like 5-6 new episodes right? Yet, they can have a 20 something episode season run and collect all that Licensing & Ad Revenue - Then if the fans still care? They'll dump the remaining content into a 3rd season and be done.

    This is pure greed. They could've easily made 2 seasons and 1 OVA and covered all the content - but now they've gotten paid for:

    Season 1 (12 eps)
    Season ReRuns
    Season 2 expanded 1st season (20 some episodes)
    This is almost a Year of Ad Revenue adding up the weeks.

    and if there are any fans left there can be 12 eps to season 3 or even Filler Arcs. Milk that cow!
