I feel like all of the arguments with anita, thunderf00t, amazing athiest, and basically everyone else that speaks on this rely too much on strawman arguments. All of them hyper focus on one thing or example, say that's wrong, and then throw their arms up in the air and claim victory. That's how I see it anyway.

The Leftists & Extremists realized that Gen X'ers weren't buying into their shit after 12 years of Reagan & Bush so they literally almost over-night just ignored us and began preying on Tweens & middle-schoolers with Political Correctness - in media & schools (ESPECIALLY Public Schools)- to brain wash kids with code words like "White Privledge" & "Victimization" & such. Knowing that by the time these kids grow to college age (under 8 Years of Clinton) they'd be ripe little activists & ready to use Victim-Code, Race Baiting, & Sex/Gender concerns to wage "Social Warfare".
The Gap is between 1993-95ish...If you graduated high school or entered college in those years- You're probably pretty laid back- Non-Judgemental, Maybe smoke weed or drink a bit?, You remember Highschool BEFORE the Internet connected everything. MTV played mostly Music & Movies were VHS. Now.... fast foward 10 years and have YouTube & Social Media & DVD's & Gaming now awhole Gen of kids are in college having been "Programmed" to legislate & start shit over "Feelings" vrs common-sense. All the sudden people are "offended" by Xmas displays or Are there enough minorities on TV? and Everyone Deserves a Trophy! WTF??
I've seen it in my old Anime club- Half of us smoked weed, drank beer, raved, & talked openly about Sex (Porn, clubs, Interests)- the other half...were VERY 'Safe'- Soft? Very Friendly mind you but almost Puritans compared to Kids 4-5 years older. These were college kids & if I talked about a strip club or a bar crawl they'd act like I was someone with a disease. These were the "Free Hugs" & Social Justice putty kids. WE all got along because the older gang was laid back & the younger were very nice & polite -But it was too different worlds at times.
I mention this tale because NOW- The adults (Gen X'ers) & Gen Y Millenials are having to deal with PC monster kids & I gotta ask how did arguments like "Is this Misogynistic?" every enter the fray? No One cares!! How did we raise an entire Generation of Sheep who are AFRAID (Yes, You are Fuckin' AFRAID!) to voice Any critical opinions against ANYONE simply because it makes you 'Uncomfortable'...really?
I stand out & I'm a voice to praised or hated because I am NOT on anyone's "Team"- I don't give a shit what ANY of you think (sides, Artefact) because I'm "Me" and I sharpened my blade on ALL of you for a few years. I love the Debate & I love to crush false gods. There is nothing more sadistically satisfying that verbally killing anothers argument, belief system, False gods, depression, whatever- I constantly explore new people, sages, personalities, & social groups just to feed my blood-lust for intellectual battle. It's like an itch I can't quite scratch.
I post this Video above because I am getting "over-joyed" that Finally enough people are "waking up" & saying 'Enough' with this Feelings PC Victimizing Bullshit. That the TROLLS & Idol-Smashers are starting call out the "PC 4th Riech"- No One ever cared about my feelings or self-worth growing up. Any Praise I got- I earned. When I failed, I was Reminded by "cooler kids"- it was harsh but I developed a bullet-proof skin & started challenging my enemies- Verbally, Mentally, physically?, Socially?
#GamerGate is part of something BIGGER. It's NOT going back to Biz as Usual where one side controls the argument by manufacturing the villains & sends out the StormTroopers to silence dissent. This is not about: Respect, Turf, or Cred - it's about shutting down a Manipulative System that has been designed to "Socially Manipulate You" to serve it's narrative. Always has been. There's a reason Boomers & Current Media had to kill the Grunge Era - it was making FUN of the Slave System of Cultural Control. It was full of uncontrollable artists & messages (Pearl Jame, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Garbage).
Spare me your TL;DR bullshit - if you're asleep now, I can't save you but I will be laughing as you SCREAM as your Heroes & Illusions are cut-down 1 by 1 in the Media Battles that will follow.

I like what is going on but not because of gaming in particular but because of the push back against these sissies with their arrogant self-righteousness and totalitarian political correctness they want to impose on everyone. This is the first time something like this happened in years but people, I don't want to say is due to stupidity or brainwashing, just don't seem to realize the implications.
