Same question applies to those Haruna Cosplayers and their sleeves. Is it just plainly they are careless and overlook the original game design or highlight to everyone that they have no talents in character design or worse just plainly monkey see monkey do. Cosmonkeys.
Have you ever considered the fact that the pictures depict different poses, that the first two look linked due to their pose, not necessarily because of the design, that ultimately the studio has to animate everything and they may choose to change a few details because they are exploring a new territory and perhaps they want to refresh some of the models? In the end, who cares about those sleeves? Find yourself a hobby, do physical activity, channel that much passion into something that makes you a better man, and don't complain like a couple of sleeves are the end of the world. People like you need to take a chill pill.
