Went to Karaoke with dorm mates, but the majority of songs that I wanted to do forced me to sing at a pitch that I can't do consistently because they are sung by females. So I had to be a killjoy and asked to skip them.

But I wasn't alone, Lotte went with me, and did my makeup and everything ofc. The con was kinda boring (just got home). Expensive as well. Not much to do. Got a few compliments but not many. Some creep followed us on the high, seriously, on our way there this creep in a van followed us for 30km or something and eventually pulled up beside me at a red light. Asked me to roll down the window and made a phone gesture. Light turned green and I floored the car.Anyway halfway through we sat down at a table with 2 other girls, started chatting and got along well. Spend the rest of the day going through the con with them and eventually I decided to drop them off at a train station closer by. They were nice girls~ Had fun with them. Not the stupidly obsessive otaku type (ugh). Just girls who liked cute Japanese stuff.
And now I'm pretty damn tired. Really proud of myself though, since I walked on the heels the whole fucking day. Seriously.
And I talked to this guy who said he was actually in a transitioning process. He had a bunch of female-cosplay. And also some other crossdresser. He had a really nice japanese dress. But he should've put some effort in doing make up and shaving (he did neither).Mom didn't allow me to come home dressed up so I removed clothes and makeup at Lotte's place. But she did tell me brother and his gf I went to a con dressed up as 'something' and Lotte did stuff for me. And now they keep pestering me with what cosplay I wore. ffs.

as for the compliments, I'd say that's awesome! you may not have gotten many, but got some and no harassment. I'd say that's a good sign, people don't notice you, you blend in, basically you're just one more girl amongst the crowd, and out of those that noticed you, some felt like giving you a compliment, so you're a pretty girl, good job Arty!

Just got home from a party. It was above average but very standard to the stereotypes. We had a "roast of [Abra]" at one point and the girl who made fun of me for being skinny long ago couldn't come up with material because i'm no longer skinny as a stick. That felt good.

Dinner with my host family. They were all having a nice conversation and I was just listening because speaking skills weren't good yet. Eventually, after so much food, my head nodded downward suddenly indicating how sleepy I was while they were talking. I felt so bad and embarrassed on the impression that I left after I was dropped off at my dorm.
