  1. You guys probably already figured out by now that I make bad jokes and have weird sense of humor all around.

Back when I was in college, I cracked another one of those with my old friend's then-girlfriend who decided one day to break up with him because she wants to become a 'tr00 Moslem' and their relationship was supposedly tainted with 'lust'(which was ironic because my friend dated her for a year without ever touching her skin). "Shit man... three months from now, she'd be so far deep in Waziristan grooming up suicide bombers lolololol" was probably what I said to him.

I got to talk to him again earlier today. Within that 2-hour conversation, he let slip about how he met one of her best friends who told him that they were approached by the police a few years ago because they really suspected her involvement in subversive activities. Supposedly, she did went to Afghanistan not long after we graduated.

Not sure why must I feel bad about it now, when I completely didn't back then. Fuck... Kudi's right all along; I do have AssBurgers. lol

  2. I don't know what's bad about this. You may have been joking, but you were right.

But it took me this long to figure out that he may have not find it funny, or worse.

How else would he remember about that little joke after 8 years? I completely forgot about it until he brought it up again.

  6. After eight years I really wouldn't worry, but if you're bothered ask if it offended him and if he says 'yes', apologize.

It's not entirely proven yet, he only said that the girl was 'suspected' of it.

  8. That dope who screwed things up at work for months seems to be working at Meijer packing meat now. That makes me laugh. I'm such a meanie.

I've never seen a cat do this kinda thing before... Wump and K were having a disagreement and standing about two feet from each other. So Wump leaps forward through the air but pulls his hind legs up in front of himself like a letter C, and kicked K right in the side while in midair, knocked him completely flat, and landed on him with all four feet. He's pretty athletic for being built like a cement block.

  9. The battery in my car died so I'm gonna have to buy a new one and I figure out what exactly is the charging issue even though the alternator passed testing.

I might as well just convert it over to a gen 3 or 6 style alternator and be done with the issues.

You had so many car related problems during the last month, could it be that you just drive the wrong car? All I had to do during the last 10 years was service stuff, eg breaks, shocker, oil, water. And I drove a lot of different car manufacturers during those 10 years (VW, Audi, Volvo, Toyota, Mazda and even a Peugeot).

  11. He owns older cars. My car is 20 years old and can tell you these things pop out of no where.

Yep. Like my '84. In the two years I drove her so far, the alternator mount broke, the ignition coil burned out, the IAC motor went on the fritz, and the transmission tore itself apart.

Actually this is the only issue I had with this car in months.

    It's a 90s model Thunderbird SC.

I also own other vehicles including one I kinda inherited.

Part of my problem is I parked it for a while and I put a sound system in it.

Apparently Ford thought a 75 amp alternator was enough for a modern car.
In reality this is border line the fix is install a 160 to 200 amp small frame gen 3 or 6 alternator.

This fixes two issues gets rid of the blade style connector of the gen 2 alternator's battery connection for a proper screw terminal and gives more amperage.

Oh on ignition coils newer cars are worse they have DIS system or even on plug and it can be a pain.

Ironically the least annoying car to work on the the cheapest to fix is my truck which is so old it still has a carburetor.

  14. But I heard you constantly moaning over some car issues, or were they all related to your sisters car?

Yeah, cars sure don't like sitting around. I don't think I'm even going to try starting my old Laser this spring. I'll just push her over in the front yard and pull out the engine. The cylinders have blow by so bad it blows oil out the gas cap since we did the head gasket job. Dunno if I'll settle for scrounging a used engine or ponying up for a full rebuilt.
