Mistress Antica is a badass. Quitting smoking is really hard. Obviously you shouldn't ever touch a cigarette again, so hang in there Antica-san.
I can't even count the number of loved ones I've lost to tabaco on a single hand. Most of them were over 50 when they died, but all of them had a lot to live for. I know most of you will just go #yolo and continue smoking, but there are better ways to risk your life.

Today I heard from around six different people that I look real thin 'cuz for the first time in a long time I wore the tight clothes I usually wear. Which was nice and all, but I don't actually weight less. I have relocated fat. Which is nice. Need more arm-days tho.
Not much to say today I'm just getting some prep work done on some stuff I'm making for Thanksgiving.
Got the turkey in it's pot of brine etc.
If you want a turkey that isn't all dry and shitty is a necessary step.
