      While people could theoretically put anything they wanted into there, why would they bother?

      There's a reason for sellers to fake drugs that are hard to synthesise or cost £50 for a gram; the potential for profit is huge. But why bother faking something cheap and abundant that you're not going to make much of a profit on even if you do fake it?
