Yeah, I think the comment card thing is a good idea. I'll see what I can do with it. However last time a patient complained about some thing directly he just said "fuck that patient"and just kept treating others like shit too. :/
It also drives me crazy that he acts like low income patients don't matter. Fuck if someone makes a $10 order every other day, over the course of the year that shit adds up. I think I need to smack some sense into him with a big bag of weed sometimes...

A $10 order every other day would be about $150 over the course of a month.
Ten such customers is $1500 a month which is some serious money you wouldn't want to loose.
That's a house or corvette payment along with the insurance.

It should make more of an impression that way, but don't do it if you think he's the type who might decide to close the shop. Some people don't like interventions.

Low income people like to buy $10 pre-rolls every other day or so and feel that spending $55 on a top shelf 1/8 is too expensive unless they want to splurge. It's a mental thing mostly because they would save a lot more buying larger quantities a few times a month. But pre-rolls are a good value if you are strapped for cash.

He usually ignores good advice if he doesn't like it. However, usually I convince him to change by telling him our patients are buying from other dispensaries with good deals. He changes his mind a lot when it comes to losing money. Lol.
