This is the sort of thing you either report or you don't. If you wait until something "shows up in the papers" you may as well just forget it ever happened because any testimony you offer will likely be after the situation escalates and reaches its climax, thereby warranting publicity, so you will have prevented nothing. At least be honest with yourself about not wanting to get involved instead of this "wait and see" cop-out.

Its not a wait and see copout. :/ If I difnt want to get involved I wouldnt have pulled over to begin with. The girl was gone. I didnt get the guy's license plate or a good lokk at him. Id just end up calling in a disturbance. Please dont talk about this town as if you know it and about how the police around here would handle this shit.
