Your Day Thread 9: Being Sankaku is Suffering

  1. Finished putting up the Christmas tree and had a call with one of my IRL friends. We talked about why he won't be buying an Xbox One anytime soon.

  2. I got into the elevator to leave my dorm, and an Asian man who I feel is secretly a martial arts expert got in with me, carrying two bags for laundry. He looked at me and excitedly asked, "You know the Coen brothers? Hudsucker Proxy? Fargo? It's the older brother, Joel's, birthday today. November 29th. Just something to think about." As if on cue, the door opened for the laundry floor and he backed out. It was most likely the best elevator ride of my life.

  5. Yo, is good to see you all! Well, like 90% of you, but its black friday so whatevs

I've been a very busy pantsu this past month, but life is going very well.

Will be starting a small business in January. Plan to move to Santa Cruz, ca in the summer, and have been getting closer to the girl I met in October, went to her home for Thanksgiving. So all yous who had bets of me fucking it up with her, may need to start paying up those (few) that had faith in Pantsu (jello and khan I think were the only ones lol, kudi hoped for futa orgy and uke-pantsu, so that dont count as faith)

Anywho, glad to be back, will be back to my old Pantsulery in no time

  11. I think people tend to overreact about Black Friday. It was busy and there was a lot to do, but it definitely wasn't some kind of PTSD-inducing ordeal. I think the extra money was worth it.

    I am pretty exhausted though.

  12. I wonder if it's been dying down because no one wants to go out and deal with it anymore/can't afford to. My friend said this was the easiest Black Friday he's ever worked.

  13. My former company was one of the go-to places for Black Friday stories, so I can verify that it could get bad. Fortunately there were never any injuries where I was.

Targets I've seen were roomier than our stores, also. Nefly, did you have to create lanes with tape and station employees to direct traffic? Basically herding cattle.

Well I'd say yes it has jumped shark.

BTW I myself also said never again after 2011.

I dunno. The lines were platinum long, but people just generally didn't act like savages. I guess it's because we're based in a decent neighborhood. And Target did pretty well with crowd control and having people enter in an orderly fashion.

  19. Mom just woke me up to ask me something that I dont even remember. :| Now I can't go back to sleep. Doesn't help that I just ate some leftovers and am watching television, but I couldve stayed asleep if I wasn't awake even though I went to bed early. T^T Im so disappoint.
