It won't get that bad because there will always people be who will want to live there because of it's mild climate.

But a lot of people who brought real estate at the present inflated prices thinking that some idiot will pay $3400 a month to rent a 2 bed room apartment will loose their asses.

Recovery might be slow too as long time residents are being displaced and core businesses are being driven away by the high costs.

What's presently going on in San Francisco area is very similar to what happened in Tokyo in the late 80s.

In a story like something from the Onion Apple may be planning on making a car.
Though their activity seems to be harming companies who have real workable EV plans by scalping talent.

All Hungarians should want to be part of the EU. It'll likely have the same effect on Hungary as it has on, for example, Poland. A big increase in welfare due to gratuitous subsidies. The Polish population has been very fond of the EU for years now. It's not like the Union is going to crumble anytime soon. Europe is still full of Europhiles, and once support for the EU among the populace starts waning, they can just invite some more poor countries, such as Ukraine, to add to their voting cattle. Joining the EU is a very safe choice for Hungary.

I think you've got the wrong number. I'm Nin from 2015 and I'm moving out of the EU before 2025.

It's just that Hungary never makes the news. Mind you, that's a good thing in EU-context.

  19. You're saying that because of Orban and Jobbik.

  20. Only because of Orbán. Jobbik is part of our Central-European/Germanic heritage.
