  5. Question: How long do you typically keep leftovers in the fridge before you determine that they're too old to eat?

    I'm actually curious how other people go about this. At my house it's usually about 1 week.

    A week or two. Usually depends on if it's showing signs that it's about start a civilization of its own.

    One time mom made too much laing and we stored it in the fridge. They forgot what it was that's in the container. When I saw them about to open it to check, I told them to not open it and just throw it away, container and all. It was in there for months. I remembered what it was and assumed that it would be very moldy.

  15. Interesting. I know a lot of people that think a week is way too long. They say they only keep it for like 2-3 days. I thought I was in the minority.
