Question: How do you like your hot dogs?
I am fine with the classic mayo, mustard und ketchup, but that's not my prefered style.
Cheese is a must, be it nacho cheese or any other type of shredded cheese, any that melts. Chili and or bacon works great. If the dog has chili then no condiments are needed, not even mayo (*gasp!* pantsu refuses mayo on food!). Grilled onions are a must. Avocado/guacamole works wonders in a dog.
Sadly the buns can never hold everything in place with the dogs, so I have to be selective.
If its from 7-Eleven, a bed of chili, cheese und onions, then the dog on top.
If I'm making them, a bed of avocado/guacamole, dog, then grilled onions and pieces of bacon OR grilled onions and cheese.
I toast the bun a bit on the grease of the bacon or the onions.
And I don't boil the dogs, whoever does that is a psycho! dogs need to be grilled, pan seared or nuked. Never boiled.

I'm a rebel: I like to eat my hotdogs totally plain. Barring that, if there are too many naysayers around to enjoy my plain hotdog, I'll use ketchup on one side and mustard on the other. I can't countenance all of this sauerkraut, onions, and chili nonsense. It's just an affront to the hotdog.

I don't care much for mac und cheese, tho I remember I loved it as a kid. Once I saw lobster mac und cheese at a club, it was like $35 lol
