Mine Shaft is best pone.
Funimation a huge part of why we have any anime still airing on television, I agree with Palmtop.
I also don't give two shits about waiting for anything I want to watch and care so much as to do absolutely every bit of research as to what is available at the start of each season as a means to see it as it is released. I can't feel the weight of why such things can bother someone so much in a time where you don't actually have to deal with anything mentioned.
I do care about seeing things in their original form more often than not. So I don't bother with dubs as they have proven to not be intended for a viewer like myself. I don't have to be bothered with anything of the sort when it comes to anime- with Video games, I might be there with you.

Yet at the same time they are keeping it afloat.
Shit floats.
Also, Japan doesn't give a fuck about American sales. They might even prefer it if we didn't sell here so more people would have to import things.
Why would people import it? I mean only a few would, but not enough for it to be worth it. Everyone would just torrent instead.

They don't care about foreigners importing their stuff much, and if they did they would rather us not. They're more worried about their own problems right now more than anything (declining DVD/Bluray sales, for one).
Japanese companies do not like us importing games. We have dvds that can't even be played on computers, regardless of us being able to change region codes no problem and legally so.
Huh?

Japanese had a issue with that since the release of VCD and DVD back in those days. Chinese manage to bootleg copys of Animes and sold them on Ebay a lot of people bought those crapy DVD sets to watch at cheaper prices.Japanese didn't care until they found out they were not profiting from it.

Not to condone piracy at large, but if no one recorded those Doraemon shows from Japan and show them to other East Asian countries, Shogakukan(which holds the rights) wouldn't be as rich as it is now.
I didn't know Youtube had ads in their videos. I use Adblocker Plus so I can't see ads.

Which is true because Shoakukan owns Viz Media you wonder how they manage to make money?

To busy torrenting/XDCCing anime to see your point.
Look the only reason why they Dub anime is to reach out to Foreign audiences nothing wrong with that.Sure they change it and its been done longer then I can remember some people grow to accept it or don't.

Animes that funimation dubbed usually leads to hulu (which is worse) or a shit video player cause they took down the good ones.
No matter how I read this, It tells me that you are watching Dubs, If so its really unrelated to the sub ones. What does the Funimation sub vid got to do with the hulu dubs?

I'll can take this one Hulu has a contract with TV companies to show there content for a limited amount of days, months or years. The only way they can make money is to show Commercials and Hulu Plus subscription. So far Funmation only has a few dubs shown on Hulu because they already had been Dubbed and release on DVD and Bluray. So far the only Animes that are subtitled some are brand new are Accel World,Fairy Tail,Hitman Reborn!,Mysterious Girlfriend X,Humanity Has Declined, and Queen's Blade: Rebellion.

There is EVERYTHING wrong with that.
1) It fags it up. This means I get to go to an anime con and see people screaming "BELIEVE IT!" in my face and stuff like that. This is not okay with me.
2) It makes it so that I can't as easily obtain the original because the distributors like funimation try and release only cut-up copies and stamp out all the pirated originals. I swear they probably use half their profits for this effort to 'combat piracy'.

1. They haven't used the phrase "Believe it!" in Naruto for a long, long time. People who say it now are just making fun of that brief time when Viz used it. Also they are most likely screaming current internet memes anyway.
2.Funimation does not release cut up anime, and not only that but they have the Japanese version on all of their releases. Obviously you haven't watched anything released by Funimation or else you would know this already. Strike Witches is even uncensored.
Pirated copies of anime use subtitles either made in Hong Kong or they take fansubs off the internet, burn it onto a DVD, then sell it back to you. At this point you're just being stupid for buying a pirated DVD which interchange R's and L's like there is no tomorrow. Might as well just download rips on the internet for free and burn your own DVDs.
I really don't care what Funi, Sentai, or any other distributor of anime does here as long as they release someone on BD in its uncensored form the way it's released in Japan: then I buy it. It's as simple as that. I don't give a damn about popular 200+ episode series that they license for TV broadcasts.
