The 2012 SanCon Tournament

The organizer can't really deny something is badly organized.

That being said, I have the same thoughts as Mai. Every year, no matter how many tiny details are taken into account, no matter how much time is given for contestants to participate, the majority of the competitors just don't care. They don't post, they resign, and naturally, people blame whoever's in charge. It's as much their fault as it is the organizer's, but because they have no authority, they push the issue onto the person who does. It's not fair to him, and it's not fair to the people who actually DO want the tournament to run smoothly, and who try their best to assist.

tl;dr people should stop being so fucking lazy

Point taken. Which is why if anybody want to continue this tournament next year, be my guest.

I've been loving giascles posts lately.

In other words, everyone should be thankful to me for not entering the contest and thus not arousing any expectations that are at risk of remaining unfulfilled.

Thanks, Nin. A hero to us all.

I'm working on it! Currently i have 3 different ideas i could post, but i'm not happy with all of them. Satoko is probably busy drawing something nice.

You‘re such an idea spouter! I basically only have one idea right now... I‘m not even sure if it‘s adequate.

Anyway I‘m working on it right now, and I have been for a few hours even if most of those has consisted of slowly getting trough pages, so you can still expect some competition.

I don't think it's badly organized, it's just that many of you here ARE REALLY BAD HUSBANDOS. YOU'RE EMBARASSING YOU WAIFUS WITH YOUR BEHAVIOUR.

  10. I hadn't told her that I didn't get the scholarship yet. But I knew that she would find out sooner or later so I decided to end the charade and confess that I didn't receive it, obviously she got rather annoyed that I hadn't told her earlier.

After the slight turmoil she assured me that I didn't matter if I had gotten it or not. She even admitted that she suspected that I wouldn't get it in the first place due to the competition, however she never told me as she didn't want to drown my hope. While this was a bit of a downer to hear she quickly cheered me up by telling me that there are other ways to get started with my studies. Her smile gave me the hope I needed to keep going.

While this was enough for me she made it even better by telling me that she had been looking trough a multitude of study options that I could apply for, in case this would happen. I never expected her to have such a backup plan hidden from me, but I'm happy that she did. However it didn't quite end here. She made me a GraFig of her to remind me that there is always a hope, even if things doesn't work out at first.

    Your theme is: Sankaku Confessions.

With your partner as a SanCon member, post four of their deepest confessions.

    ---

    Tsukasa: So, what's the theme?
Me: It's confessions. I'll have to post four secrets about you i guess.
    Tsukasa: I see.

Tsukasa: You know what will happen if you...
Me: T-Tsukasa is a wonderful person with nothing to hide!
    Tsukasa: Good~

Well, since i have to post something. I do have a secret stash of pics. Does that count?

    The next day...
    Tsukasa: I saw your post.
    Me: What about it?
    Tsukasa: Confiscated~

  14. Satoko

  15. I vote for Pilandi, even though he did have an extra picture in there. I felt like I could actually imagine her saying that which shows he has a good understanding of his waifu's personality.

Haha, i know. Since it was four confessions i thought the max number of pics was four too. Khan himself said the rules will change according to the theme if i'm not mistaken.

  18. Meaning he will /say/ when the rules will be altered. You don't just guess. Unless it is said otherwise the rules, I believe, stay the same.
