I'm guessing you call "partial stalking" checking someone's activity on social networks and such. If that's so, I don't think it's bad at all. I mean, you usually post stuff there for others to see... Now if you're going through trash bins and smelling pantsu then yes, that's dirty.
I do it more as a pastime and I don't go further than real name and city. If I was that kind of a person I could dig down to the address of several regular members of the forum, but that would be too much work and too creepy.

Got all your ports forwarded and allowed through your firewall / other security software you might be running?
Chinese beta... the servers aren't region blocked, that you know of, are they? Might have to proxy / VPN around it.
I'm just throwing out some common stuff here, I'm not terribly familiar with Blade & Soul itself, or what you've already tried.

I'm convinced the ports I need aren't blocked, because patching worked. But it could indeed be that the servers are region blocked. I had to forge a Chinese ID and telephone number and all that to sign up, so I think they're quite adamant in keeping filthy foreigners out. I guess I'll try to figure out how to set up a Chinese proxy sometime this week.

Its said enough this game been out in China for how many months or years?
NCsoft owns the rights to the game they don't want to release the game in the US because they are so focus on releasing Guild Wars 2.

Dang, got lucky. My uncle just tripped in a hole, once, and broke his leg in at least six places.

He was trying to install an air conditioner unit for my room. Then he asked me for a bucket of water to clean up those dust from drilling and I gave him. Minutes later I heard loud noise then I saw him lying on the ground, sucking up the pain.
