I wanted more of Shugo chara - I wanted to see more of Ikuto, but no they added a whole bunch of fillers to make it so crap to watch.
I wanted more of Nana, I HATED THE ENDING of the Anime.

Five Star Stories is listed as ongoing, although there have been only 12 volumes in 26 years.
Nana has been on hiatus for three years.

They only made 13 episodes, which, because the last two episodes make one story, tell only 12 of the hundred stories (if there are a hundred).The story was about a young man who wanted to collect and write down 100 ghost stories, and his interaction with a trio of supernatural entities, whose job was to redress the karmic balance. It had a distinctive style (similar to XXXholic in a way), nice, jazzy opening and ending themes sung by Keiko Lee, a good storyline and was, in my opinion, well worth watching.
Even though the last episode had a definite end, like most animes it was left open enough that a sequel could have been made. For those interested, it looks like you can watch the whole series on Youtube.
(Also, I consider the character Ogin one of the sexiest women in anime).
Opening credits, and full opening and ending songs (I could not find the closing credits).

I dunno what the OP is smoking, Berserk is getting a proper continuation. What else do you think the movies are besides a recap of the TV series?

There are a couple the they will never finish if they are still alive - barely. One had a stroke and another is a vegetable because of a botched surgery.

FSS needs a proper remake, but I guess the author's busy with Gothicmode
