    I would be prepared to do anything ranging from defending this proposal to kneeling down and apoligising for yet another awful amendment made by the EU (we sure do propose some terrible legislature, and pretty frequently, too), but I have no idea what's going on here. Maybe if this thread actually aimed to explain anything to the people here instead of being an icon of retardation...
