Maybe it's MPD? I've often said that it depends on the topic, target audience, and my own mood that determines the nature of a Post of mine. I think I work better on a 1 to 1 basis as I can tailor my responses to the person.
It is amusing to me that I can say the same thing to 5 people and those 5 people will see it uniquely in their own way - If I understand the "subjective reality" of the person I'm speaking to I can better tailor my comments to what they'll respond to - I could be a supreme pyscho-analyst or the Ultimate Troll depending on the way I say something. My main goal is usually to "stir debate" and see whose's "awake" out there.

Yes...I can debate like a mother-fucker but I'll be honest, I write stream of consciousness and barely proof read. 90% of everything I say is a "First draft" if you will. I'm sure I make many grammatical errors & poor paragraph placement occurs. I write like I'm speaking to you so if you're familiar with my 'word roll'- it goes by faster and seems more witty I suppose? I don't "think" in text or grammatical structure so despite my ability to communicate well I am still bound by the laws of "discipline" and I spelling.
I'd be a GOD online if I had someone "proof-read" and correct my shit- but my errors at least prove I am human and it's obvious I choose content over structure. I don't even know how to actually "Type" I use the index & middle finger & thumb on each hand to type and 70% of the time I don't look at the keyboard. However, I can write faster stream of thought than take dictation.

Anyone here at the beginning of the Forums (Winter & Spring of 2009) will tell you - there were no rules. People just posted stuff and it was hysterical what threads would take off an what ones wouldn't. Sancom didn't have a "Chat Room" so it was make shift I guess.
