All the whale jokes made me wonder... Why don't they actually put huge fatsos like her in vats of water? The weight support would surely take some of the strain off of the heart and lungs.

And, quelle surprise!, it turns out that the person feeding it is its mother!
The highlights of the article, and a few others I read:

Hahaha that was my first thought as well, they may have used a dump truck and just report it as an ambulance to save her the humiliation, after all its not a freak show (love you יהוה for stating that it totally fucking is a freak show lol)
notice how in ALL these extremely obese cases in which the person cant leave the room and its bed bound, they always have an enabler (its always a parent) who just dumps tonfucks of food.
this is (amongst many other) cases that proofs not every person should reproduce. I think I've only read of one case in which the enabler was a spouse. But I'm yet to find a case in which a person, on its own became a fucking whale (unless you count the fat guy in Se7en, which would be dildos as that was a movie).
The bitch is a failure as a mother, and the fat bitch is a failure as a human being. The diet didnt fail, and the gym could've been in the next room and it wouldn't have made a goddamn difference.
It reminded me of this case, also in the UK
The only shocking thing about this one is that the girl is not a fucknig whale, but once again, you got the fucking mom as an enabler
