Sankaku Hospital - Part 1
The street lamps had been operating for a few hours and even the bars were beginning to clear out. Sirens pierced through the eery, silent streets. A red and white ambulance sped through the roads, coming to a sudden but careful stop at a large, white building. The ambulance doors swung open and a pair of paramedics wheeled out an occupied stretcher. Two doctors followed by some other medical physicians came out.
"What happened to this one?"
"The poor kid was just in his in bedroom when a brick came flying through the window. Doubt it was a hate crime though, the kid looks pretty pale."
"If you paramedics keep talking like that you'll be out of a job. God knows we don't need another law suit."
"Somehow I doubt this one'll be pressing charges, he's out cold."
The doctors took the stretcher and rushed it through the ER. "Jesus christ Mere if you push him any faster the poor fella will die before I even start cutting into him."
"This is no time for jokes Peter."
"I wasn't joking, if you get this frantic with every new guy who has a bloody hole in his head you're bound to make a mistake."
Dr.Mere bit her lip, she wanted nothing more than to retort to Peter but now wasn't the time.
"Mere you won't be needed here, get Dr.Giascle over here, I want him to check for bran swelling."
Mere begrudgingly left the room.
"Wants the point in having me be an intern if I can't even stay to watch?!" Mere thought to herself. As she trudged through the never ending maze of white hallways she
came to a wooden door. Mere knocked twice but no response came. She turned the handle and barged into the room.
"Giascle, Peter wants you down in the ER. We got a kid who had a brick thrown at him."
Giascle stopped clacking away at his keyboard, he logged off the computer but didn't wait for it to shut off before getting up.
"Alright, I was expecting to be paged about the boy stayin in room 102, if they call for me could you take that call for me."
Mere nodded, "sure" she said. As Dr. Gascle left she made her way over to his pager. Giascle had indeed been paged to room 102, a full five mnutes ago. Mere grinned and rushed out of the room. She had been an intern at Sankaku Hospital for a few days now but no doctor felt comfortable letting her handle a serious case yet. Maybe ths was her chance.
Mere arrived at room 102, slowing to a steady, professional pace. She tried to keep her posture as straight as possible as she entered the room. It may just be a sck child but ths could very well be the steppng stone Mere has been looking for to earn the respect of her peers at Sankaku Hospital.

Part one!
The competitors are left in the arena, in a Hunger Games style where they can see different weapons spread around them while they stand in the middle of it all. Around that circle are there millions of trees hovering on to them. The clock begins the countdown and all the players seem to make up their mind. Their bodies tense as the countdown reaches the end.

GO!
Everyone starts running, pushing each other out of the way to reach the weapons and bags lying all around. Antika, Neko, Mikorio & Stefan manage to grab a bag and a weapon on their way straight to the woods while the others mingle around somehow confused about what's going on. They know they have to kill each other but seem shocked by the thought.Out in the distance, slightly hidden by a bush, lays a katana. Both Saber & Nefly notice it and run towards it at once. Saber's big body is no match for the fast Nefly and she reaches the sword in no time, picks it up and slashes Saber's knees. He falls down and the katana makes contact with his neck. His body twitches for a moment while the blood gushes out of it's wounds on Nefly and then he goes limp.
- Ding dong! One Dead! says someone from the speakers laid here and there. Seventeen remaining, good luck!In the middle of the field, everyone stares at Nefly. With a swift moment, she grabs the nearest bag hopefully containing food and starts to run into the woods. The other contestans realize that they are irreparable vulnerable in their position and turn to attack. All the girls seem to realize their disadvantage, since they haven't picked up any weapons yet, and they all dart through towards the woods. But everyone doesn't make it too far, a heavy axe hits Uteki in the back of her head and splits it open. Peter runs to it seconds later, takes his axe and runs into the woods himself.
Meanwhile, in the middle of the field, Pilandi has engaged in battle with HKE. The odds are against him, since his only weapon is a short dagger and HKE managed to get his hands on two slightly longer ones. They circle around each other for a while before Nin jumps out of nowhere and hammers the shit out of HKE who falls into the ground, not dead yet but clearly on his way there. Nin grabs the swords, puts them in his bag then turns to Pilandi and grabs his hand:
- Come on! he shouts while he drags him towards the woods.Left standing are Vegio & giascle. They look at each other and then giascle reacts and runs towards Vegio, a big rock in hand. But today is not giascle's lucky day. Vegio grabs a morning star laying by his feet and swings it almost as a reflex against giascles face. It's a straight-on hit and he even manages to pull away a bit of giascles eye. Vegio makes a grimace, looks around him to see if there are any immediate dangers and then grabs a bag from the floor and sprints to the woods.

Part two!
Only 6 hours have passed since the game began and everyone is still on the move. The first to run out have the time to their advantage and some of them are really lucky. Mikorio manages to find a pond shortly only 10km into the woods. Using her advantage – her brain – Mikorio climbes on top of a tree and takes a look in her bag. She finds a rope, not as thick as your average rope but an uncomfortable light green color that wil surely get her discovered if she isn't careful.
A movement underneath the tree makes Mikorio go absolutely still and she watches quietly as Ichi runs into the scene. Mikorio sees as Ichi sits down and inspects her own bag – quite loudly actually. To her amazement, Ichi pulls a MP5KA1 out of her bag.
- Ooh, I'm lucky! Ichi says and giggles to herself.
”Lucky but stupid” Mikorio thinks and quietly she reaches down as Ichi keeps inspecting her bag. She's too busy being loud to notice that Mikorio is just behind her, holding her rope in her hands and it's too late for Ichi when Mikorio's hands put the rope on her neck and closes her windpipe. Ichi struggles more than she expected and Mikorio falls on the ground, the rope comes loose and Ichi reaches for the gun. But Mikorio is way too fast and before Ichi can get up straight and shoot her, her foot has already connected with her face. It sends Ichi flying towards the tree and the gun escapes from her grip. Mikorio grabs it and turns to Ichi before she can even get up.
- Do- Don't kill me! Mikorio please!
- What's the use in begging now? You're gonna die sooner or later. You're not part of the real competition. Nighty night.
She pulls the trigger, grabs her bag and runs as fast as she can away from the crime scene. That much noise is sure going to bring in enemies. Though her weapon is a good weapon, she doesn't know what the others may be able to do, so she chooses another spot in the trees where she can hide and watch any bypassers.* * *
Both Nin & Pilandi hear the sound of the gun in the distance and they look at it each other for a split-second.
- I guess people really are killing each other, says Pilandi.
- It's kill or die.
- Then why haven't you killed me?
For a second there, Nin dodges Pilandi's eyes and seems to be somehow confused of his own actions. But he seems to make up his mind and lifts his chin – still avoiding Pilandi's eyes – and answers:
- Out of all the people out there, I guessed you'd be the most useful. Because...
- Don't say it. I know.
They both fall silent and keep walking.* * *
Antika peeps out on the woods from her hideout to see if there are any threats closeby. She saw Peter minutes before running by with his axe, a crazy look of satisfaction in his face and munching on something that looked raw. She shudders, thinking about the possibilities of that being human flesh. A loud ”Ding, Dong!” makes her sink in her hiding place again and she listens to the voice coming out of the speakers nearby.
- Hi everyone! Motaku here. I'll announce the recent deaths, so listen closely: Of the girls, both Uteki & Ichi are dead! Then we have: Saber, HKE & giascle! Only that for now, keep it up and it'll all end well. Good luck!
The sound dies out and Antika hears another sound, coming from her side. Neko.He pops out of nowhere, really. He's walking back towards the middle circle. Antika tightly clutches the scythe in her hands and jumps out. There's no way of silently getting out of the bushes hiding her. Neko turns around and sees her.
- Why hello, I managed to get a really bad weapon. See?
He lifts a gun.
- How's that a bad weapon, exactly? She asks.
Before she can react, he lifts the gun towards her and pulls the trigger. She goes rigid, then realizes that the gun is shooting water. She laughs a short and dry laugh.
- What's that supposed to be a joke? What where they thinking? Aren't we supposed to kill each other?
- Well yes. So don't kill me now. At least, let me get a chance to get a weapon I can fight with.
That's unfair, seeing as he knows she would accept a deal like that. She silently puts down the scythe to her side.
- Ok. Now get the fuck out of here.

Part Three!
The way through the woods has gone uphill for a while and Jaku has started feeling tired and thirsty. Sadly, his bag is filled with salty treats and eating that would only make him dehydrate faster. He walks more slowly now and the night has fallen. He sees his watch: 9pm. In the start battle, he was one of the few to manage to run away without being noticed. Now he finds himself really lost and he feels like he's been walking for miles. Halfway upwards the hill he's been on now for hours he heard gunshots in the near area, it surely made his resolution to get away stronger but at the same time, he knew there would be no way out. Maybe actually not knowing is what keeps him going forward. But soon enough, even that is not enough and he falls on his knees tired. He starts to cry loudly.

Stefan slows down when he hears a sound from up ahead. He tries to concentrate on the sound and then realizes what it is: someone crying. He stays still for a moment, wondering if he should keep going forward or turn around and choose another route. It could be an east kill, but most of those seem to be dead already. He decides he's got nothing to lose anyway and walks forward. He finds Jaku, all curled up in a ball and crying hopelessly. It hits Stefan how defenseless Jaku seems, a thought that pleases him so much. Jaku is indeed very cute and Stefan thinks about he wouldn't like to die a virgin... Before he can develop that thought, he's right behind Jaku – hand on his shoulder.
- Stefan! I don't know what to do, this is crazy.
- It's okay, I'll make it all better, Stefan says and pulls Jaku on the ground.
This surprises Jaku and his eyes widen. Stefan becomes aroused by the innocent and shocked look the girly boy is giving him and he starts ripping off hos clothes.
- No... No, Stefan! Let go!
The wriggling beggins, of course he didn't expect Jaku to go down without a fight. He turns the boy around and pulls down his jeans. He's screams and cries grow weak and a while he goes absolutely still. Stefan wonders if he's managed to somehow choke him without meaning too. He steps to the side and turns Jaku over.The moment his hand reaches down, Jaku's own hand flies up. He's got a dining knife in hand and he's unexpectedly strong as he pulls Stefan down under him and stabs his neck repeatedly. When he is sure that Stefan won't be moving again, he turns to his bag. In the bag lies a 2L water bottle. He picks it up, licks the blood off his lips and gulps the water down while still straddling Stefans dead body who's face is absolutely shocked. Jaku kisses his cheek and closes his eyes.
- You should've known that you can't use people like that, Stefan.
Lastly, he picks up Stefans bag and keeps going forward, a bored look on his face as he makes his way through the trees and branches.- - - - -
Part Four!
Mai has been running since the game began, only stopping for water and short breaks. Her heart is beating so fast it could burst out of her chest any second now. Her foot caughts on a root and she flies forward right into the mud. She has no weapon, no bag, no nothing. Her breathing is heavy and fast as she pulls herself toward a tree and wipes her hands across her face. For a couple of seconds, she can't see anything and she hears something – like an axe hitting towards a tree but not as loud. She jumps up and hits the handle of a sword. Nefly's katana.
The little asian girl is standing just above her, looking down on her. She was drenched in blood the last time she saw her, blood that now has dried to resemble a brown crust covering the otherwise cute girls skin. Mai starts shuddering uncontrollably.
- N-Nefly. Y-you wou-wouln't... k-kill me... I-I d-don't w-wanna d-d-d...die.
For a moment, Nefly's features seem to relax, her face goes soft and she smiles sadly down on Mai who starts to breathe in a sigh of relief when the katakana falls down on her neck without a warning. Mai's eyes dart up to see Nefly's face, who is laughing quietly as her sword slashes an even deeper cut on Mai. She falls down on a pool of her own blood, her skin turning a sickengly white colour.
- Ne...fl...
She can't form the words, instead she pukes blood and in just a matter of seconds, she is dead.***
Mikorio has been resting on top of a tree for a while. No one has seemed to find the lake yet, or if they have, they have chosen not to give themselves away by drinking from it.
”Well, most people, anyway” Mikorio thinks as she sees that Mere drops down on her knees in front of the lake just 20m away from Mikorio's tree. Mere reaches down to drink the water from the lake and before Mikorio has decided to move or not from her spot, she sees Pacpon emerging from behind the girl. Two handguns in her grip. Mikorio wonders for a second if the girls have joined forces but sees the answer is clear when Pacpon reaches Mere and puts one of her guns on her head. The other one is moving slowly around the scenery, in search of any surprises that might appear while she's showing herself. Mere feels the gun against her head, then Mikorio sees with amaze how Mere turns around and grabs the pistol, pulling it out of Pacpons hand.Without even stopping to show any sign of surprise, Pacpon lifts her other hand toward Mere in the blink of an eye and shoots. Mere drops the weapon and falls in the water.
- Oh, perfect. Just what I wanted to avoid, Pacpon says and jumps in the water to retrieve Mere's dead body.
Mikorio makes sure she's absolutely covered. Sure enough she'll have to face Pacpon sooner or later, but something in her head tells her that ammunition won't be easy to get around here and the more bullets Pacpon uses, the better her chances are of winning that one battle.- - - - -
The next part includes a lot of awsumness <3
