  1. Following the lines of the 3DS thread, this is a thread to discuss upcoming games. Share trailers, share your opinion, share issues, share tips. Whatever fits with the PSVita.

The release of the Vita was poor, really poor, fact. But the console has much potential, and there are quite a few good games in the making.
Gravity Rush (Already released in Japan under Gravity Daze)
    Ragnarok Odyssey (Same story here)
Tales of Innocence R (Sorry ;))
    Persona 4 - Golden
Bioshock (Released date got pushed to 2013)
Sonic and Sega all star racing (What will it do with Mario cart?)
    Soul Sacrifice

Together with the PSVita hardware this does look promising.

Feel free to share and exchange your PSN name.
You can add me: ArtworkNL (Currently on a JPN account though)

  2. Recent announcement of Soul Sacrifice:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=i-u_whUpaTg#!
(part one, little bit of gameplay on the end. Introduces the story and setting)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=kiQyBgKAUQs
(Part 2, a talk with the music composer)

(Part 3, this is what you SHOULD be watching, shows multiplayer in game footage. This, THIS looks awesome.)

    //Somebody fix the first 2 video's for me, I don't know why, but they don't show up//

  3. Why would they port Tales of Innocence??

Soul Sacrifice and Dragon's Crown will be the sole reason for me to buy this console at this point. Gravity Daze also should not have been released in limited supply -___- It's their best title right now and people can't even find it.

They need to fucking get that 1st part rolling because their 3rd party is non-existent right now.

  4. Oh it's that thread I was gonna make a few months ago.

I don't even care enough to rant how much I think this system sucks.

    PSN: Xhikikomori

Oh yeah. I'm looking forward to Zero Escape. Even though I haven't played the first game in the series. If it's a sequel. I kinda forget.

What do you mean with 'Can't find it?'.
Is it sold out in Japan? / You are always able to get it from the PSN?

They must have put it up on PSN afterwards because they only shipped 250,000-300,000 copies like fucking retards.

I hope Kenji works with Sony on more than just this too, I'd even hope him and Toyama do something together. I'd honestly like to see Siren get a new installment if not a port of New Translation or a Remake. I wonder if that idea was proposed before they requested Toyama to direct gravity daze.

  9. So far I've played these titles on the Vita (all JP version):

Uncharted: No different from the PS3 games, but the Touch Screen movements were done well.

@Field: Sonic Powered's okay attempt to cash in on a moe-themed game. The courses are like a mix of pinball and mini-golf. Holding L or R while tilting sucks though, I wish it can be done freehand like with Welcome Park.

Little Busters Converted Edition: Pretty much an HD port of of the PSP version sans the complicated data install. Still got it because I'm a total fan of the series.

Ciel Nosurge is tempting, but I don't want to get into an RPG right now since Neptune V is coming out for the PS3 in July.

Waiting on P4G and Gundam Seed Battle Destiny, and also hoping that Sony ports any of the Siren games here.

About what? Innocence R allows 4 playable characters (thank God), faster gameplay, and a better soundtrack.

Too bad they included the infamous stagger-proof bosses that Tales games seem to have now.

That this title is worthwhile <:D and that we'll get it in outer territories. Bamco doesn't know how to sell Tales outside of Japan.

  18. A remake of Siren 2 would be nice.

I'd like to see how they'll Americanize the cast there. Plus they should do the Shibito Genocide mini-game featuring USDK (Howard Wright) with that godly yet unintelligible BGM running.

    Read the posts above really..
I'd wait a little while until they get released. Or if you don't mind japanese, just get the Japanese ones.

I tried a demo the other day at the niconico choukaigi.

It's pretty much the same thing as the previous games, only that with better graphics. Also, there's a new star marker which means that you should tap on the screen.

I really wish they would have used the full potential of the vita T_T

Oh, I'm also playing Samurai and Dragons. Is it available over there?
