Ok... no one cares so i can say what i want.
I doubt that the baby was raped. Raped in the classic way at least. But you get in prison if you walk naked in your own house so rape is rape...
It's illegal to have sex with a minor. But of course,some statistics show that around 80% of all the US citizens started their sexual life before they turned 18... well who jail them?
Watching lolicon related things (anime, manga, images, even real life cp) don't make you a rapist not even a potential one. So don't hate them... not on this site at least.

Personally, I've never understood the age of consent laws here. Back in 7th grade, we had some guy from D.A.R.E. talk to our social studies class, and he basically said that we can legally fuck our classmates (we were all around 13), but not legally fuck anyone who's more than a few years older or younger than us. Since then, it has confused the hell out of me that the law would say it's ok for kids to fuck each other, but not for those same kids to fuck someone older than them. Sure, adults can manipulate kids into having sex, but telling kids that they can have sex with one age group but not another just seems stupid to me.
Though I don't read up on these laws frequently, and it's been so many years since I heard that speaker, so I might just be completely wrong.

To say that this story has anything to do with lolicon is to say that another rape story has anything to do with adult swimsuit models... In a world where people can talk openly about sex with no fear of judgment, the police will have a much easier time sorting through cases... In a world where everything about sex is a secret something to be spoken behind closed doors... good luck figuring anything out...

Now in this case it was a five month old child, but in a world where sex is very open, a child that can speak will have a better chance and feel more confident in reporting abuse. Also in a world where people talk openly about sex, increased negative responses to sexuality could also indicate the occurrence of abuse, since most people would not feel uncomfortable talking about it. increased anxiety over this subject maybe to a sign of abuse, in a world where sex is no longer taboo.
This can only happen in a world full of rational people..
