It's so disgusting. Now games have also become a tool to try and wash kids' minds into thinking what went on in the past is justified.

Activision's marketing team probably employed North only to create fuss that people would talk about for a long time, but you can't take such a highly controversial war criminal to promote your game and claim that it doesn't have any political underlining to it. Not especially with that promo video he's in.

Oh fuck this. When the world indeed goes to hell, the kids whose mind are skewed would probably trigger a bloody war long after I'm gone, so fuck them all.

  2. Activision is right there next to EA in the evil-money-cock-sucking-corporation department. Anyone who still buys Cock of Doody games is a fool deserving to be departed of their money.

  6. OH fer christ's sake - quit whinning...(0P).

At least you don't have your parents on your back telling you how to play or meddling in your games. Like they do with youth sports.

Ahah! That's really witty. You gonna tell me that they could have any other motives? I'll keep laughing until you do.

Just as much as you're free to tell me that, I'm free to vent this out. As for the rest, I'll leave it to Deth if he wants to close this thread.

Of course they could. Your lack of imagination is not my problem, though.

  11. When games became a vehicle for political agenda?

actually i'm glad you brought this up. the gaming industry has been cunningly manipulating gamers for decades now. probably the most successful game at influencing opinion had to Super Mario Bros 2, it was clearly meant to raise awareness to the hazards of plumbing* that the average plumber faces and not at all intended to be purely a source of entertainment.

*since the games release the government added new pipe size regulations and most plumber unions now enforce a strict anti-drug policy especially magic mushrooms

  13. I don't see the problem here: Oliver North is a pretty cool guy. At least Activision isn't filling their heads with pinko commie crap like most of the media. They're evening out the bias.

Ignore Aneko. Or continue laughing. He/she/it is just a troll.

  14. Also don't forget Homefront, a blatant Western Imperialist propaganda game meant to slander the Brilliant Comrade: who has no war-like intentions and just wants the best for Korea.
