   White House Press correspondence dinner....blah, blah, A bunch of the Media Elites get together and shmooze with the Prez and each other.

   Why you go?? To see a Comedian roast the President. This time it was actually FUNNY. In past years Steven Colbert did it (and on 30% didn't get crickets) and one year Wanda Sykes did it and went 'Too Far' (according to the media)- most years it's a "snooze fest"- This year?

   Jimmy peppered and sprayed EVERYONE.

   He mentions 5 current WH Admin scandals, made multiple fat jokes about NJ Gov. Chris Christie, attacked Joe Biden & Jay Carney, mocked CNN, humbled Fox News & Rupert Murdock, sucker-punched (verbally) Lindsey Lohan & the Kardashians, hit Mitt Romney & Santorum & Ron Paul, fire-bombed (verbally) Keith Olberman, and just out-right mocked Obama's re-election chances while telling Obama he's smoking weed.

   Time to get off your Jon Stewart 'high-chairs' and see how a REAL late night host verbally burns Washington's most powerful elites.

   My fav joke: "What's Black & White and Red all over??"
   Answer: "Nothing Anymore!" - the gag being "Print Media (News Papers) is Dead!" - they audience (mostly news print media) boooo'ed! - lol.

   You think you don't want to see this?? After Kimmel tells the Prez he must be smoking Weed - he then asks the audience to raise their hands if they have NOT ever smoked it...Guess how many hands go up??

   For people who don't live in America this might be fun for you to see a side of America's media you never get to see.

   Anyway this is the drugs thread from now on.
   Do you think that AMPA receptor agonist can be used to treat depression? Or only NMDA-antagonists can do that?
   Or is ketamine only effective because it's a dirty drug?

   i think that drugs should be legal as long as they're not addictive.

    If it feels good, it's addictive. It doesn't need to be a drug.

    They are basically the same. You don't get addicted to a drug, rather you'll get addicted to increased dopamine activity. Same with running, sex or workout. Everything you do is for that sweet dopamine burst.

    Saw it, Gotta love how no one was allowed to smile during the eric holder joke. The Kim Kardashian one was good as well.

    Lot's of great lines in the whole bit. 20 minutes of gold.
