Last non-anime movie you watched

  1. Drive.

It's like "The Transporter", but without Jason Statham. So long, so little Jason Statham. How can you make a movie like this without Jason Statham?

It just makes me want to watch The Transporter with Jason Statham. Did I mention I happen to like Jason Statham? He's the best. He's always so angry! I don't really like this.

I'm not saying I recommend them exactly, but have you seen the Crank movies?

  3. HAHAHAHHAHA oh yeah

they're so silly, they are hilarious! He's always so angry in those two, too!

  4. I'll watch any of his movies. Even ones by Uwe Boll.

  5. You know, that one was really bad. but at least not one of his worst works. It had at least 2 good points:

    1) Jason Statham
    2) Credit songs played by Blind Guardian

In the name of the King, wasn't it?

  6. That's it. (A Dungeon Siege Tale)

  7. I think it's better if you don't think of it as a dungeon siege movie.

  8. I know very little about Dungeon Siege anyway.

  9. I played the first. It's funny because it was made by microsoft, and yet you can't run it in windowed mode.

It's a kind of point and click rpg, where there's only one road and you just have to click on every creature until they all die and then go on. Pretty dull, I liked it for its simplicity.

Can't even remember the story... you start as a farmer, then quest by quest you gather up refugees, reach the fort to deliver a message, then free the mines, then help free the passage, then help the mage, retrieve the mage's staff, go help the king, kill bad people, blah blah blah.

Last movie I've seen was In Time (with Justin Timberlake). Just Timberlake is the best, He's always so pretty! Nah, but he's pretty cool since he did motherlover (among other things) with The Lonely Island.

At the start I really disliked the movie and almost stopped watching it but as it progressed it got pretty decent. Got a bit worse near the end again but overall a good watch.

I watched fight club yesterday for the first time. It blew my mind.

If you're not opposed to reading, try the book. So much more detail. It's really broken up so like the movie, you continue to be confused.

  12. I FINALLY saw another movie in theaters. I watched The Cabin in the Woods with my friend today, and it was fantastic.

  14. One of the last Hollywood movies I actually purchased because it was one of the last good movie they ever produced. 'Seven' with Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt.

I hadn't watched it in years, then I found the VCD again recently and watched it again last night. Dt. Somerset's last line hit me as hard as ever, because I think the world is going to hell real fast - now more than ever - yet... I still have some hope left.

    Detective William Somerset:
Ernest Hemingway once wrote, "Our world is a fine place, and worth fighting for".

...I believe in the second part.

One of these days, I'll try to find and buy a DVD or Blu-ray version.

So did I. I really like the concept of the movie, but the end felt rather unfinished.
