Dick Beals, the voice of Gumby and Speedy Alka-Seltzer, died Tuesday, at the age of 85.
He will be sorely missed by his fans.

Rodney King, whose beating at the hands of Los Angeles police officers, and their subsequent acquittal at trial, sparked the worst riot in L.A. history (and one of the worst in U.S. history), was found dead this morning. He was found by his fiance at the bottom of a pool at their house in Rialto, California. He was 47.
