Yah that new Marisa model is not as good as the realistic one used in the Michael Jackson video though that one is a god tier MMD model.
I think this Yuuka Model is one of the few that's comparable to the good Marisa Model.
The Aya model in this video also is pretty good.

I have mixed feelings on this Patchouli model I like the face but her body seems kinda off though so far it's the best one that's been made of her.

I think one of the theories is that the Scarlet sisters and Patchouli used to live in France. Until they moved the mansion to Gensokyo.

Though Flanders's name is French and come to think of it Patchouli might be British as she has an English name.
Reimu can barely read some words in her books saying it's written in some other language then Japanese Marisa a Western witch can read them no problem.
English is the second most common language in japan and thus should be the one Reimu would mostly like have some knowledge of.

The SDM is a bit of a united nations as far as the occupants go. French, English, Japanese, Chinese and hell.
I find with that patchy model she feels too old (always got the impression she was only slightly older then Remi if they were still human.
Also the nightclothes seem a bit too puffy.
I don't blame Meiling one bit.
