You might like to try using a wire wisk when blending you sauce instead of a spoon - less spalshing aboot and you can also blend in paste if you want yur sauce to be a little thicker in case its too watery.
For small batches of cheese, wut yur doing is fine. But if you ever go to an antique store, mabye one of these days you might get an old fashioned hand crank meat grinder. Make sure that it has a "course" grind spindle. So you can easily break up the cheese if you ever want to preprep a lotta cheese and keep a stash in the fridge or the freezer.
Just rinse with hot water to clean & you also don't have any accidental sliced fingers.If you have another take made - I'd liek to see your raccoon plushies watching you cooking.

as of now we have enough footage for 3 more episodes; we still plan to release one every sunday, and of course we're going to do many other things in the future. We've yet to consider how many more episodes to do, but probably no less than 8 total... for the first season, at least.
