mhrrrr...
got an interview thingy tomorrow. It's just at a placement company, but they have a couple positions that they're trying to fill for places. One of them is working with a friend of mine, which is a little ominous (I've worked with him before).
It's good, though. I need something to do, other than the game I am working on, and I need some income so I can use my tax return on the restoration job for my car (rust on the rocker panels, driver's door edge, patch on the quarter by gas spout, wheel well edges) instead of just slowly eating into it until I'm broke.

Yeah I'm giving up on the older chick. There was a big change in mood towards me in the past couple of weeks. She has been being extremely frank, and un-engaging otherwise. I don't it's wrong to assume this is a clear sign that she doesn't want my attention.
I say that last part ironically.

As a replacement for my old MP3 player who died a juicy death, Got a Sony Walkman E 8GB Multimedia Player at a bargain price.
While it's annoying that it can't play 20+ minute mp4s, I already have the PSP for that, so I just dumped a handful of Shiny Days H shorts into it along with all my tunes.
Can't bring myself to throw away the old one though. I loved it even though it's only served me for about a year and a half.

That reminds me, I keep thinking about buying an MP3 player. My 3 - 4 year old Sansa Fuze can't manage even half the base response that my phone can, and I don't really like to tie my phone up in the car and plug / unplug it every time I get in / out. I'd like a decent one that I can just keep in the car and charge and play at the same time (unlike my Fuze).
Maybe I'll get one in my Bag of Crap this Thursday; Woot! always used to like tossing in random MP3 players, although I can't help feeling like the BoC quality has gone down since they were bought out.
