      Sorry to hear that you had to go through it as well, Nin. It's really disappointing to get a B after trying so hard to get straight A's. If this was a class for something that I know I'm good at, like physics or writing, then I would feel like I failed by not getting an A. Since this is for a class on something that I've always been terrible at, I don't feel too bad about this. I made a lot of improvement throughout the semester, which my professor recognized and complemented me on a lot these last few weeks.

      In my effective speaking class, we just did solo presentations. We gave about a half-dozen 2-3 minutes speeches and three 8-10 minute speeches throughout the semester. The short speeches were exercises that helped us build skills in delivering speeches, while the longer ones were major speeches that we needed to follow specific guidelines for and we were given weeks to do research on our topics.
