Fellow SanCom lurker/users, what means ~ if any that you can think of to render an immortal being harmless from doing harm, or tampering further in the affairs of mankind once they are revealed to exist?
Solutions anyone?

Wut?
JoJo second series end method. Always works with planetary immortals.
If Hercules has taught me anything is that the way to kill an immortal is to make him mortal. (I think that was hercules, hell if I know what I'm talking about)
its also ironic that the so called "Kyubey Killer", just lurked a little while ago, and didn't post a peep.

Anyway what kind of Immortal are u implying? Those like Baccano? Doesn age or die or Immortal but still will die by ageing
Well just like what happen to Hidan in Naruto Shippuuden LOL..CHOP em into pieces and disperse them into different places.
BTW, look at the thread title again some typo or intended?

Heel. I don't remember a myth of an immortal being made mortal and then killed (though there likely is), so I assumed he meant Achilles. I know it's not Hercules because he was always mortal; just really strong.
The "and" in the thread title is really bothering me.

IIRC the Disney version of Hercules was born a god, but turned into a mortal as a baby, so that might be what he's referring to.
Then again, it's been ages since I last watched that movie, so I could be wrong.

yes, appoligies it should be "an" not and,... sowy.

Ditto
Immortal doesn't necessarily mean invunerable. Immortality could just mean they can live forever, unless they are killed.
You don't kill an immortal. Instead you throw them into the coal mine in Centralia, PA and let them hang out in there for a bit.

that's right. as horribly inaccurate as that movie may be. it was one of my favorites. and actually i think Hades had a line in there somewhere about about killing an immortal by making him mortal.
You download killable children mod.
Hercules is a demigod(gods really love the juicy pussy of mortals). He had to do some deeds for some reason(on was getting the shit out of a stall) and was killed while doing the last one.
Achilles was also a demigod(I'm not sure on this one) and he gained invincibility after his mother bathed him in the Styx as an infant, but because the dumb bitch held him by his heels he was still vulnerable on that spot(and the drama ensured with a poison arrow).
I really liked Greek mythology as a kid. Had some really good fantasy fables.
*fixed the title*
And is kyubey really immortal? It's not like he can't be killed. There are just a lot of them and they share the same mind or something like that. It's like the main kyubey brain is transmitting from a server. So you either have to kill all the little rodents so there's nowhere for the server to transmit to, or take out the main honcho.
Feed them my cooking.
