The Smashing Pumpkins. They have to be one of my favorite bands to this very day. I love the local music scene as well. Much better than pretty much the rest of the country.

I love the little differences that make foreign countries foreign. like bagged milk in canada, foodstuffs in tubes in sweden and so forth. would love a thread dedicated to that special type of culture shock; members posting about stuff similar to that regarding their own country or countries they've visited.
