i think you guys observed too much, there is nothing wrong with that posture, if you are talking about the-short-hair-girl (yeah i havent watch it yet) right leg for being short then you forgot about the camera view which slightly view from top angle.
Its quite possible that her left leg hanging slightly on air, which give enough room for her right leg to retract/fold behind and make it looked shorter.

the knees are all wrong, still...
