I've gotten so far in trying to get this game to work, even forging a Chinese ID number (pretty complicated!), I don't want to back off now. D: It would be a huge help to me if someone could translate this? You'll have my eternal gratitude.

Well, this is my latest problem:
I've got everything running and I can even get the game to boot up and show me the home screen. But even before it allows me to do anything, it comes up with an error message that I can't read. I've tried taking a screenshot, but unfortunately, trying to take one ends up taking a picture of my desktop rather than the game itself. I wonder if I'd be able to take a screenshot if I had the game in windowed mode instead of fullscreen, but I really can't go and figure out how when everything is in Chinese. After I click the error message away, the game shuts itself down.
The error message you translated for me earlier comes up when I try to start the game for a second time. I've already figured out why, though. When the game shuts itself down, it doesn't properly close and it leaves a process running on my computer that I have to manually end.
So... My latest problem seems to be that I'm unable to take a screenshot of an error message in-game...

That's not a half bad idea, actually. I wish taking a picture of my screen didn't make me look like such a noob (well, I am one, in a sense), but I guess it can't be helped. If you're not getting sick of this yet, could you see if you can translate this? Thanks a lot, Sylphin.
