It's a hybrid disc(contains a PS3 game with the movie) and is either region-free or A.

does the file was save from JIS or UTF-8 to ANSI/ASCII? , it looks like pretty much the case here where this file was encoded using either JIS or UTF-8 and you resaved the file but nao using another encoding like ANSI/ASCII
