i'm from Russia and our ISP blocking some content on sankakucomplex (like https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/3784022) because of Roskomnadzor decision.
unfortunately my ISP blocking sankaku's IP, so i can't open it without using proxy, vpn, etc
is it possible for example, to block this content from your side only for russian ip?
