Well, it'll be difficult to tell.
Even though they're only supposed to be just voices behind the pixel boobs, eroge and eroanime producers don't just pick anyone. They HAVE to be able voice actresses who went through relevant training, and companies usually pick them off available voice acting agencies that represent them. That's why you can still find hentai voice actresses like Hokuto Minami and Mahiru Kaneda, who are veterens in the business and get high pay despite having the face or physical proportions that would shrink your dick to a raisin if you find them on the streets.
Regardless, if they have done AV before, chances are you'll never know until they admit, or include them in their resume(which I highly doubt). Having observed the hentai voice acting scene to some extent, I haven't found one who migrated from AV to real porn. Performers in Japan change stage names all the time, and from company to company, to avoid legal mess that would come to them if they do work outside what their contract states with their front agency.
For example, Yuu Asakawa still lends voice to eroges every now and then, but she is often credited as Misaki Kamiyo.
Before anyone brings up Yuko Miyamura, in my opinion, the porn shit she did once was only a one-off job, so I wouldn't qualify her as 'former AV star'.
TL;DR: There may have been, but you wouldn't know who anyway.

I'm not sure, but I think recall reading somewhere that Omi Minami was in the AV industry before doing VA work. Other than that, nothing concrete. There might be some site in the internet that catalogs them, but we'll never really know for sure.
Now, if this was seiyuu doing eroge roles, that would be easier.

Yuzuki Ryoka use to do nude modeling before becoming a seiyuu. I don't think she ever did AV though.

...Seriously though, I'm not so hardcore into eroges. My original focus were porn-free visual novels which I played extensively during highschool and college, for PSX and PS2. I'd play some of the best VNs all night just dying to see what happens next for the faceless protagonist and the bitch I wanted to pair him with; their storywriting was THAT good. Like watching a full-season TV drama boxset in one whole night.
If you play that much, you'll begin to pick out the voices you like and start finding out who they are(you care about who voices those characters in your favorite anime to a certain degree, right?). Unfortunately, VN scene during the PS2 era was littered with titles which are just censored version of their hardcore PC copy. Some titles still grew on me, and when I go look for the voice actresses' info, I unknowingly threw myself into the eroge scene as well.
Most of shit I know, I got from the Internet though, so some truth may have been compromised. I've only played 40 eroge VNs since 2005 anyway(Japan produces VNs by the same amount EVERY MONTH) and I don't even finish more than 18 of them, so I can't say I always know what I'm talking about, lol.

Most likely it's in Japanese, though, and more sadly it's probably blocked non-Japanese ISPs. Yes, there are ways to get around that, but how would you know if you don't know where and what to look for in the first place?
I would assume that male VAs would actually have more involvement in these sort of things, but men don't draw the same crowd as female VAs do.
Could anyone even picture an uproar caused by a VA revealed to be the same porn actor back in the day? He'll probably be applauded to the point of getting awards for being "bold and determined" to rise above his past as Mister Anonymous Rapemaster Dicklord.
That won't be the same if it was an actress in the same position, like what the examples in this thread have shown us.
