i hate it when my right knee sometimes pops out and back in this time when opening the refrigerator and it was kinda painfull but last time it was in bed,which was probably 2 months ago?

right i will ask my doctor but the last time this happened was 2 months ago so i guess it will take another 2 months or more for it to happen again and strange that i don't do any complex moves last time it happened when i turned in my bed now it happened when i opened the refrigarator which i think i was standing pretty normaly.The pain is actually short but i had to stand still for that short time until i could move and now i don't feel any pain
