    This is basically my home town for ages. We usually get snow for a week in April before spring kicks in. Not quite always, but often enough to be common place.

    It's currently 16°C here, a fair dip from yesterdays 26°C.
    Seems to be a rainy day today.

    I wonder how many will ask me if I have seen the cherry blossoms today. It's quite a redundant question, as far as I can tell it's quite literally impossible to miss them in Kyoto city as long as you're not blind.

    It's more like a seasonal greeting than anything else, akin to "Nice weather today, isn't it?"
