    They most certainly are!
The poison they contain is much like digoxin.
I don't really like these kinds of toxins, because they are crude in their mechanism of action. What I like is positive allosteric modulators and receptor agonists/antagonists. Going for the ion channel just sounds too dirty for me:)

    Happens time to time...
The main poisonings in my area are either mushroom related or some jackass can't distinguish a blueberry shrub from the deadly nightshade>.>

Antika, I think I know what would make your photos better! Use either yellower or bluer light. The composition and angles are perfect, but the lighting just seems a little bit plain. If I'm correct your photos will be perfect instead of really great. But I might be wrong...

Most of my pictures got the color they were shot with, they are typically cold because I kinda hate the super warm colors sometimes, specially used on people.

When editing, some of the pictures get to be super exposed 'cuz I like it, but most of the time it's just bringing forth one or two colors on the pictures. In the pictures of Ida for example, I strengthened the color blue to bring forth her eyes.

    ^Awesome lighting IMO.^

^Not so awesome, but I still liked her pose and the angle.^

    ^Notice her blue eyes?^

    ^Example of high contrast^

I bought a Canon T3i and I am loving it. I bought the battery grip and a 430EX speedlite to go with it.

That just makes me think of how badly I want a new camera. Anyhow, seems to get good results!

Not very sharp, but I am still learning.

Oh man, you're making me wish I'd actually gone to Momocon.

  7. About the extent of my photography is taking pictures of drunk people at partys, and you generally end up with quite a few interesting photos. Also I take quite a few photos whenever I get a new figure.

This one was actually taken at a concert I went to and I thought it came out quite well considering it was taken on a phone camera.

  8. I love concert pictures, the lights and people performing and everything. It's like feeling the excitement just by watching them. Really nice picture!

  10. I was asked to take photos of my friends mothers wedding... Meaning, the wedding photos and photos of people during the wedding n shit.

They pay for the trip there and for the place to live and I'm even invited to stay at the after-party.

I'm seriously sitting here pulling off all strands of hair, I don't think I'm on the level of being able to work as a photographer at a wedding.

That sure is a lot of pressure. Do you have a friend you can take along with you to the wedding? It might help if you have a helper.

Well it's not that they'll pay someone an extra trip just to be my assistant :/ (They'll pay for the trip to the place and I'll stay at their house)

  17. I got my macro lens last week. Enter the wonderful world of macro.

I also upgraded to lightroom 4(it was free). Still not compatible with sancon. Maybe it's the lightbox flash thingy that gives me problems.

That's weird, I have Lightroom 3.5 and it works fine. I had a problem with the colors getting fucked up when I uploaded the pictures to DA but my friend fixed it for me.

And woah I really liked that, the clock picture specially. Nice!!
