Just threw this together for myself. It was kind of a pain due to Yahoo Japan(the source of the original map) not having a single map for all of Europe or standardized/accurate/self-consistent maps for the countries therein.
Hope somebody gets some use out of it.

A lot of the cities were in the wrong place.

Yahoo needs to buy an Atlas. Some of those cities are 50km out of place. In a country the size of Britain, that's like putting New York in the middle of Massachusetts.
I'm greatly amused by the fact that they've put Manchester in Yorkshire, more or less where Leeds is IRL.

That reminds me of a map BBC once posted that had Chicago in the middle of Nebraska and not on the southwest corner of Lake Michigan.
